Jesus said in Matthew 26:40, “Could you not keep watch with Me one hour?” This question is for all of us to answer. Are we falling asleep like His disciples and failing to keep watch for one hour? We have been called to spiritual vigilance. Life can distract us, and it is easy to “fall asleep” spiritually, neglecting prayer, worship, or attention to God’s Word.

I’ve prepared a seven step, daily, sixty minute adventure with God. You are welcome to use it in its entirety or revamp parts to fit your personal preferences. My prayer is that as it has been transforming my walk with God, you’ll discover the same in your life.
