PSALM OF PRAISE

THERE’S LIVING WATER RUNNING THROUGH MY VEINS

NO MORE A PRISONER BOUND UP ALL IN CHAINS

MAKE MY LIFE A SHINING TESTAMENT

WITH NO REGRETS HOW MY TIME WAS SPENT OH YEAH

CAUSE JESUS YOU ARE OUR GLORY

JESUS YOU ARE THE STORY

ONLY YOU COULD DRINK FROM THE CUP

AND ONLY YOU COULD SWALLOW DEATH UP

IN MY MUSIC LET THE GOSPEL BE FOUND

LET IT SOAR WAY ABOVE THE CLOUDS

LIKE THE EAGLES GLIDING IN THE AIR

IT LIFTS ME UP LIKE I DON’T HAVE A CARE

CHORUS

LET ME DANCE IN YOUR LIVING WORD

LET ME REMEMBER EVERYTHING I HEARD

IN ALL I DO LET ME GIVE YOU PRAISE

AND WORSHIP YOU ALL MY DAYS OH YEAH

CHORUS 2X

Mk 10:38

Yeast in the Bible symbolizes sin. Jesus left us two elements to contemplate: bread and wine. The bread was unleavened (without yeast) because it represented Jesus, as a sinless man (Heb 4:15). However, the wine was fermented symbolizes sin. How does this truth help us to appreciate our communion remembrance of Jesus? The Holy Spirit provides us with some insight from Jn 19:28,29,30. Jesus received the wine vinegar just before He gave up His spirit. Wine vinegar is produced when the wine is exposed to air (oxygen) and this causes the yeast to turn the wine into vinegar. If air (oxygen) is not allowed in, the yeast will eventually be destroyed producing choice wine. So, Jesus took our sin, the wine vinegar and by His shed blood cleansed the yeast to present us holy to the Father.
